  this place is full of unexperience people specially manager is so rude she dont know how to treat with customer i am not satisfied with her dealing i feel she is racist

  Very long waits and a very low care factor. You feel like you are a criminal and a big nuisance to them. My accreditation has been approved and is "In the Post!" So, even though it is paid for and approved, I can't drive until it is in my hand. And this is just a renewal. Isn't it illegal to have paid for something, but you can't use it? Or is it because there are different rules for a Government Department to the rest of the community. There needs to be some MAJOR changes made in this system to improve the processes in place. This affects people's livelihoods, but they don't care about that either!

  Really bad service. I have been there 3 times and took all the documents listed on their website. Still tell me document missing. Can't they tell me all at one time? Only 2 - 3 officers there and more than 20 peoples waiting. They all think taxi drivers are poor and time is useless for them. They won't improve their service. They take as much time as they like.

  Relentless for the people who have to work here, as for the people who didn't expect to have to wait so long lets face it, everyone's here to get stuff sorted asap. Be prepared to practice some patients, bring a book or something to help the time pass. Staff were kind, helpful and assertive and you have their full attention once it's your turn. Glad I didnt have to wait in a line standing up. Credits to Felicity for her proactive and friendly iniative.
