  A similar store, and the man at nick scali made us feel like we were the only ppl in the room and was patient, considerate and really took the time to ACTIVELY LISTEN, the other store we struggled to keep the women’s eye contact and she was literally rushing away from us telling us how busy she was and that she’ll go do something else if we can’t hurry up! UNREAL. I guess that’s why we didn’t buy there. People buy people!

  Needless to say the quality is fantastic at nick scali, and it’s so refreshing to see a store not crammed from Wall to wall with no room to walk, this place is how shopping should be, other stores tend to be a fight just to get some walking room! Prices are very good too, not overpriced in anyway and worth the price tag considering the quality, staff are trained and educated another great feel to be talking with staff that are actually knowing there stuff like the back of there hand. I have to say the same day we went into nick scali was the same day we went into

  Have told us your sofa will b delivered this week so we sold our old one, 2 days to the delivery date they canceled it until after Christmas!!gonna get my Christmas guests sitting on the floor,,absolutely disgusting

  I ordered dining table with chairs (order 1), 3 seater + chaise and another 3 seater (order 2) in same style on the 29th September 2017, with a promise of delivery before Christmas and hence I put deposit down. 2 weeks ago I was contacted being advised that order 1 was ready for delivery. 5pm day before it was due to be delivered, they called saying the chairs for the dining table were not in the warehouse due a system input error made on their behalf, thus someone else took my chairs. I went into the store to see what was going on and what they were going to do about it, they took down my situation and said head office would call me, 1.5 weeks later didn't receive a call so I called them today (12/12/2017) and the bloke on the phone checked my order and didn't see any notes regarding my visit/complaint in the store. I would give 0 stars if possible. Now I don't have a dining table/chairs in time for Christmas. Note, I also paid remainder of the balance as it is required for delivery, thus I have paid in full for NOTHING. I suggest searching reviews of Nick Scali before committing to a purchase and definitely shop around as others have had poor experiences too.

  Very disappointed. My sofa was delivered today along with the fabric protection. The can of fabric protection, which you have to apply yourself unlike every other sofa I've ever purchased, was faulty. I could only spray half the couch and possibly it has now been sprayed too much, who knows, I've never sprayed a couch before, just followed the instructions. I returned to the store today to get another can of spray however they don't stock it. Salesman said its nothing to do with them despite the fact I purchased the plan from them, the packaging for the spray has Nick Scali's name all over it, the warranty booklet has their name on it and it's on my Nick Scali tax invoice. I asked what I do now as I have a brand new sofa that has been half sprayed with faulty can and the salesman just laughed and said I should have rung first and they could have saved me the drive! So annoyed, brand new couch, half sprayed in fabric protection, the company that makes spray said the can is faulty it happens sometimes, I'll have to wait until it drys to see if its going to leave streaks on the sofa. My sofa is currently two different colours and its nothing to do with Nick Scali!!! Also sofa came in 2 huge boxes, delivery drivers don't take the rubbish with them, it'll take me weeks to get rid of it all in the recycling.
